Some of them involve money while others don’t. You could try to improvise on some things and work the magic emanate from it. the first on the list is to:

Clean

You’re probably making sure you read that right huh? But you did that right! Cleaning does a world of good in a home. Sometimes all a house really needs is a little extra cleaning to make it dazzle and shine. Dirty curtains can make them look old and dull, dusty chandeliers make the lights dim, etc. Just take note of the little details that you leave out of your cleaning routine, wash or dust them and watch them come back to life!

Declutter

A room or space that has too many things in it usually feels very congested and tight. Look around you, make a list of all the things that need to GO! Try not to be sentimental about it. How often do you use it? How useful is its functionality in the room? Be honest with yourself. Decluttering creates more room, especially if you wanna buy new stuff.

Rearrange

This gives the room an entirely new look. Change the position of that armchair, dresser, bed or whatever it is seems to have assumed a natural spot. It makes the room look different and interesting when people who have visited before come in and can’t seem to place their hands on what’s changed.

Backsplash for Kitchens

The living rooms aren’t the only places you can revamp you know! Kitchens need love too. Add a colorful backsplash and watch the kitchen change for the better. This is the most convenient change you can play with in the kitchen, except you intend to change your cabinets, appliances and all that.

The Perfect Christmas Gift Guide for Family & Friends

The Perfect Christmas Gift Guide for Family & Friends

Feliz Navidad x3, I wanna wish you a Merry Christmas x3, From the bottom of my heart!!! Yes guys! We are genuinely excited as we activate our Chrismasy and hope that our love and light comes your way in this beautiful season of love! Again, from the bottom of our heart, we wish you a merry happy Christmas in advance! So, an important highlight in a lot of homes during the season is the sharing and receiving of Christmas gifts. Now while some family and friends may not be satisfied with their gifts, some others can’t stop gushing about the lovely gifts they got. So how do we ensure that everyone feels special and love their gifts during the season? It’s all in today’s post titled- The perfect Christmas gift guide for family & friends

The perfect Christmas gift guide for family & friends

Getting the perfect gift for your family and friends can prove to be the most difficult aspect of the Christmas and New Year period. You are probably wondering if Daddy would like the Panama hat you came across in a fancy store, what your in-law would think of the exotic bottle of wine you plan on giving them. Is it too cheap or too expensive? Would your children think you are still buying underage items for them? Would your partner read the wrong meanings to the nice cologne you got for him? These questions and a thousand more would almost tempt you to bail on the process and just settle it all in a nice family dinner. But hey! Regardless of what you decide to gift, what is most important above all, is the honest intention of wanting to make your family and friends feel special, so if they don’t like the gift, it doesn’t mean they do not appreciate your effort. So how can you ensure that ultimately, your gifts are perfect and also tally with your sincere intentions? There are few things you should research. Read along!

Your gift should be personal:

So your partner’s hairline is receding and she has been spending a lot of money on hair care products and wigs, the perfect gift for her would definitely not be a fancy bracelet that she probably doesn’t exactly need at that time. Instead, you could get her a nice set of wigs or take her to a proper hair care treatment centre where her receding hairline can be properly cared for. Same goes for every other person you want to gift, pay attention to their likes, dislikes and most pressing needs and you’ll be sure to put a smile on their faces!!

Your gift should have a story behind it

Is there a memorable place you once visited with your friends? Or a fancy item your friend spotted and couldn’t afford at the time? As a gift, you can frame old pictures you both took at a fun spot and inscribe a sincere and heart-warming note telling them person how much you value and cherish them. Surprise your friend with the item they couldn’t afford and see how much smile you would bring to their faces and of cause, every time they make use of the item, you come to mind! Remember, your loved ones would most likely forget what you got them in a few months, except when the gift is memorable, and a gift is only memorable if it connects with your loved ones.

The perfect Christmas gift guide for family & friends

Don’t buy a gift just because you like it yourself!

Remember, when you are shopping for gifts, it’s not about YOU, it’s not about your preferences, it’s not about the shade of color you like or how much the item screams your style and class, it’s all about THEM. If you end of putting your preferences at the forefront when shopping for your loved ones, you might end up giving them something that is totally of no use to them and when they eventually do use it, it may be out of pity or compulsion. You surely do not want that!

Watch out for gift idea pointers:

Yes guys, its that time of the year when you should be paying close attention to what your loved ones are saying, chances are-they would most likely mention something that they want during your conversations. Look out for statements like “Oh, I really wish I could get a juice blender to make my own home-made juice this Christmas”, “Its high time I got a new car battery, else we would have to jump buses during our Christmas outings”. And if you are unable to get any gift idea from conversations with your loved ones, the next time you visit, pay attention to what is missing in their homes.

The perfect Christmas gift guide for family & friends

Asking never fails!

So you have paid attention to details, researched what you think your family and friends need and you still cannot figure out the right gift idea for your loved ones?? Well, its time to pull the oldest trick in the hat. Simply ask them what they would really like for the Holiday season.

The element of surprise may be a little out of place but its definitely better than buying them a horrible gift or one that has no use.

The perfect Christmas gift guide for family & friends

There you go guys!! I trust this post on The perfect Christmas gift guide for family & friends should help you navigate through shopping for the right gifts for your loved ones. Do not forget, your intentions matter as well. So while presenting that gift, be vocal about how you feel about your special ones. Let them know how you sincerely value and cherish their relationship and how you are glad to be a part of their lives!

As always,  we love to hear from and today is no different. Drop your questions, observations and suggestions in the comment section below. Merry everything in advance!!!

Why you need a Juicer this Holiday

Why you need a Juicer this Holiday

Why you need a Juicer this Holiday.

Why you need a Juicer this Holiday? Well, that’s because the holiday season is around the corner and juices for both young and old will be a constant in every meal. With the growing awareness surrounding health and fitness, people are now more inclined to take their health much more seriously by substituting juices for sodas and artificially flavored drinks. There are different types of juicers. Some are used for extracting citrus fruits, others are used for extracting vegetable juices. These days, blenders now come with filters that can be used in sieving the juice from the pulp. Although Blenders can serve as an alternative in place of juicers, they can never do the job like proper juicers. Besides not all kinds of juices can be extracted by using a Blender.

So what exactly does one need to make the perfect juice this holiday? Different kinds of juicers exist, but domestically if you asked me to recommend the most useful

Reamers:

These are used for squeezing juice from citrus. Citrus are fruits such as oranges lemons, and limes. There is the manual and electric reamer. With the manual, juice is extracted by pressing or grinding a halved citrus along a juicer’s ridged conical center and discarding the rind while the electrical reamer automatically turns the ridged center when fruit is pressed upon. This type of juicer is great for making orange juices or lemonade.

Centrifugal Juicers:

Centrifugal juicers are perfect for making the best vegetable juices. Due to the nature of vegetables, it can be quite hard to extract the juice when blended. This is not the case when using a centrifugal blender. The vegetable you want to make a juice out of is put in the centrifuge, cut up and afterwards it spins it at a very fast speed which separates the juice from the pulp. Beet root juice, carrot and celery juice are examples of vegetable juices. Thinking of where to get a juicer? DecorhubNG has got you covered!

That’s all for today on this post. I really do hope it proves useful in your home and I hope you have an amazing holiday!
