Hi buddies, welcome to another interesting edition of African corner, I trust the week has been awesome? This week on the corner, we are headed straight for the kitchen!!! Yees, who else gets excited at the mention of the kitchen? Not a lot I’m quite sure. Now often times, the wrong design implementations can make your kitchen a tiring place to be, especially when you have to undertake heavy cooking, however, a sure way to brighten up the mood in your space is by filling it up with items that you like. So today on the corner, in our blog post titled AFRICAN CORNER: The African Kitchen, I would be taking us through ways of making our kitchen more comfortable and personal, by using African inspired print materials. Do come along!
It’s no new knowledge that African prints have taken a front row in the fashion world for decades; however, latest trends have seen the African prints being adopted into home interior décor such as African inspired bedding décor, curtains, cushion décor and so on. Interestingly, African prints can also be incorporated into our kitchen being the place where all the cooking goes down in the house. From aprons to cutleries and tea cups, there really isn’t any restriction as to how creative we can get with prints in our kitchen!
